I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University in the group of Gordon Wetzstein working in Computational Imaging. I was previously a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Neuroinformatics, an institute jointly operated by the University of Zurich and the ETH-Zurich.
I work in artificial vision. I am interested in using novel sensing and processing devices and developing algorithms and systems that can exploit their features.
In particular, I have been working with vision sensors that embed processing at the pixel level such as Dynamic Vision Sensors (DVS) as well as Near-Focal plane processors embedding programmable processing cores colocated with a photosensitive element in each pixel.
